Supply Chain and Customer Impacts:
The entire global supply chain has been impacted due to the COVID-19 outbreak. To allow adequate production time in the current environment, we are asking all customers to assume 30 DAY LEAD TIME ON ALL ORDERS.
These extended lead times could last for several months and though we are working to meet customer requested dates, there will likely be some delivery delays.
As part of our efforts to align production and demand and ensure your order is not disrupted by a last-minute changed, we are implementing a 25% surcharge for order cancellations or requested changes for any changes made to orders after 5 business days of order placement.
